Here is our list of the top five careers that we think you should consider to be successful and still have a job in five years' time.

Business Administration

Business Administration is an exciting career option because it gives you the opportunity to learn about business first hand. You will learn a lot about the business very quickly from contacts, to marketing, to general running, to your customers. This makes you an invaluable member of the team because you have so much inside knowledge.

Care-worker

With an aging population there is a growing demand for care provision. However, obviously care isn't just for the elderly. You could be working with people who have learning difficulties, disabilities or long-term illness providing them with the help and support that they need. It is a very rewarding career and one that is certain to open lots of doors in the next five years.

Play-work

Being a play-worker is a rewarding career which can really make a difference to children's lives. There is always a need for therapy and someone who understands the need of the child. Expect this field to grow as more people seek play work as a way of connecting with children.

Hospitality

Hospitality is a sector that is always growing. People love to be entertained in their holidays. Be this eating out at a restaurant, staying in a hotel or going out for drinks there is a vast and ever expanding range of jobs available in the hospitality sector.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Digital Marketing and Social Media is a relatively new role but is something that should be expected to grow dramatically over the next five years. Businesses are realising that one of the most effective ways to connect with their markets (and not just the younger ones) that they need to be online and have a social media presence. This covers all businesses, big and small. Be it a place to share new ideas, events or promotions to a way of connecting with clients to making connections, there is a social media platform for every business. Social Media has been around a while now, and marketing with it is not just a fad but something that is going to get bigger and bigger.
